| Nutmeg Fabricating
, Inc. was established during 1970 in Fairfield, Connecticut i.e. "
the Nutmeg State". The company operated for ten years at that
location until it moved in 1980 to its present site in Shrewsbury,
Vermont. In 1988, current CEO / President, David K. Graham took over
operations of Nutmeg. Since then, our operation has upgraded machine and
software technology to allow us to compete with other much larger metal
fabricating companies in the precision sheet metal fabricating field.

Our present
capabilities include the shearing, punching, forming and welding of
customer specified sheet metal parts made from cold rolled, aluminum, and
stainless steel sheet material. We also work in light structural steel
tubing and angle.
A second facility, specializing in light frame fabrication and paint
finishing , was upgraded during late 1999. This provides Nutmeg with a
broader range of metal fabricated products capability.
