Nutmeg Fabricating is currently involved in the manufacture of the following:
Pro-Type and Production runs of.......boxes, brackets, chassis, enclosures, panels
Parts are generally started though a CAD/CAM programming process to establish a flat pattern layout which is then sent to a CNC turret press punch machine which produces punched patterns within +/- .002".
Punched patterns are then deburred and formed using CNC press brake equipment assuring dimensional repeatability to within +/- .005 in most
cases
Nutmeg offers welding capabilities including Mig, Tig and Spot (AC) welding. Parts are normally finish ground and prepared for plating or painting.
